Be Yourself….

…….. Everyone Else Is Taken (O Wilde)

Assalamualaikum everyone,

I hope you’re enjoying your Sunday with the family.

Ramadaan Projects List

Assalamualaikum everyone,

Ramadaan is around the corner, one of many things parents do in Ramadaan is buying their children Eid clothes.  That happens anywhere perhaps. Well, at least the same tradition applies in Indonesia as well. Although in Indonesia we just buy our kids for Ied Fitr and not for Ied Adha. I myself buy my kiddies new Eid clothes (only for Eid Fitr). Not something expensive, children grows so quickly, why buy expensive clothing for them only for one occasion?

Besides in Alquran Surah Al Furqan (25): 67:

Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes).

So instead of buying too extravagantly Eid clothes for our children, perhaps we could use the money to help unfortunate children Eid clothes? as a reward of their fast during Ramadaan just like our own children?

Here are some Ramadaan projects for the needy children that you can explore and help. The last banner is a project for elderly ladies. Continue reading Ramadaan Projects List
