This is my last batch of soup cooking for Ramadaan, IA. My eldest son’s favorite, Butternut Soup. It’s yummy, kinda sweet from the butternut and cinnamon, kinda savory from the curry and turmeric powder, kinda creamy from the milk and cream. Last Saturday we tried one of the Ramadaan Iftar Specials list, Hartley’s Buffet and Diner in Wynberg.
The experience was pleasant, it’s not crowded as some other iftaar buffet in Cape Town, hence it’s quite relaxing.
