Easy Seafood Tagliatelle

Pasta Night as requested by hubs who will participate in his second year Trail Run @2oceansmarathon, changed his race from half marathon (since 2004) to Trail Run therefore pasta request is for tonight ๐Ÿƒ
For those who run on Saturday marathon/half marathon, for Pasta Night tomorrow, hereโ€™s a very simple recipe๐Ÿ˜‹

– Add 2 T olive oil on a skillet/pan.
– Throw in 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 chopped medium onion until golden brown.
– Add in raw cleaned prawns (100 gr shelled prawns), sliced calamari (I used 300 gr defrosted calamari tubes) and 250 gr halved shell defrosted mussels. Fry until just cooked.
– Add in half of sliced tomatoes and chopped herbs (I used freshly picked herbs from the garden, basil & oregano).
– Sprinkle in grated Parmesan and a dash of lemon juice.
– Season with coarse salt and black pepper.
– Add 250 gr fresh tagliatelle which refreshed by boiling (I bought from WOOLWORTHS)
– Add in fresh cream about 30 ml, just the right amount to bind the pasta together.

Done in a very short time! I served it with assorted rolls and sliced green chili & olive oil.
